We meet to review all requirements with both Facilities and Capital planning to understand what attributes and properties of space is required for each. These can include:
- Department
- Net area
- Room Type
- Room Use
- Occupancy, Availability
- Key Access, ADO, Card Access etc.
We locate all the space room numbers on the floor plans by extracting coordinates for the floor plan and extracting the data from the excel room list.
Filtered search queries can be displayed in Graphical or Tabular displays.
